Role Description

The Matian Firm, APC, is expanding its legal team and is actively seeking a skilled and experienced individual to fill the position of Remote Technology Case Assistant VA.

  • Manage client relationships with a strong client-service attitude.
  • Experience with retrieving records/emails and uploading/updating case management systems.
  • Utilize case management and billing systems.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in retrieving records/emails and case management systems.
  • Client-service mindset and effective communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a growing legal team.
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish).

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in case management systems.
