Role Description

As an FP&A Senior Analyst, you will work as a member of the Financial Planning & Analysis team to provide senior and executive leadership with reports and other financial materials needed to make strategic decisions and manage the internal operations of the business.

  • Prepare financial reports and dashboards for senior management to provide insights on financial performance (e.g., monthly, quarterly, and annual reports).
  • Gather and analyze data to support the preparation of financial reports, forecasts, and budgets.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and suggest and implement process improvements.
  • Work closely with the FP&A team to perform ad hoc requests and projects & perform other duties as assigned.

Attendance is generally 8:30 am – 5:30 pm EST Monday through Friday with the ability to work up to 2 of those days remotely.

Qualifications

  • BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Data Science, or related field.
  • 2 years of public accounting experience.
  • CPA preferred.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills, professional presentation, and keen attention to details.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Discretion in dealing with highly sensitive and confidential information.
  • Ability to meet key tight/changing deadlines and multitask.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Excel.
  • Courtesy, respect, and thoughtfulness in teaming with colleagues and other stakeholders.
