Role Description

The Senior Accountant - Revenue will be responsible for preparing accurate and timely reports, applying accounting principles to analyze financial information, and ensuring appropriate accounting control procedures.

Work closely with FP&A, Sales Ops, and Billing to ensure the accuracy of our revenue recognition and related accounting in compliance with ASC 606 and internal accounting policies.
Lead the revenue close process for the MANTL business segment, including the preparation of general ledger entries, reconciliations, and the accurate presentation of financial statements.
Support the quote-to-cash cycle by reviewing billing runs and researching invoicing issues.
Own the implementation of financial and billing processes related to new products and revenue streams to ensure the Company’s revenue recognition is accurate and in compliance with ASC 606.
Assist with revenue SOX compliance and ensure SOX requirements are met for relevant areas as well as participate in the annual audit and quarterly reviews performed by our auditors.
Ad hoc reporting and special projects, as requested.

Qualifications

BA/BS degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
CPA certification or equivalent practical experience
3+ years of progressively responsible experience at either a Big 4 public accounting firm or a global, publicly traded high-tech organization
Strong knowledge of US GAAP, primarily revenue recognition (ASC 606) as it applies to cloud software revenue and usage-based revenue
Attention to detail and experience multitasking and prioritizing to deliver impact in a fast-paced environment
Excellent interpersonal skills (oral and written) and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels at the company
Strong Excel skills
Experience using Netsuite and Netsuite ARM preferred

The salary range for this position is: $78,431 - $117,647
