Role Description
- Verantwortung für die Kreditoren- und Debitorenbuchhaltung (Mietshaus- und WEG-Verwaltung)
- Abwicklung des Zahlungsverkehrs und Kontenklärung
- Durchführung des Mahnwesens und Unterstützung bei Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen
- Sicherstellung der korrekten Kontierung eingehender Rechnungen und Identifizierung von Abweichungen
- Erstellung der jährlichen Hausgeld- und Nebenkostenabrechnungen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Ticket-Managern und Koordinierung von Vorgängen
Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation, idealerweise mit Erfahrung in der Immobilienbranche
- Kenntnisse in der Buchhaltung sowie erste praktische Erfahrung
- Analytische und methodische Fähigkeiten
- Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
- Engagement sowie eine selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
