Role Description

In Ihrer Rolle als Lohnbuchhalter/in (15-25 Std./Wo.) werden Sie eigenverantwortlich folgende Aufgaben übernehmen:

  • Erstellung von Lohnabrechnungen, Lohnkonten, Meldungen zur Sozialversicherung und Beitragsnachweisen
  • Führen digitaler Personalakten
  • Umfassende Betreuung und Beratung unserer Mandanten zum Thema Lohn und Gehalt
  • Erstellung sämtlicher Anträge und Formulare für Krankenkassen und die Agentur für Arbeit
  • Mitwirkung bei Betriebsprüfungen der Deutschen Rentenversicherung
  • Erstellung der Meldungen zur Unfallversicherung

Qualifications

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Lohnbuchhalter oder Steuerfachangestellter, vorzugsweise mit der Fortbildung zum Fachassistenten Lohn und Gehalt
  • Gute Fachkenntnisse und einschlägige Berufserfahrung
  • Sichere Erstellung von Lohnbuchhaltungen und die Arbeit mit DATEV-Programmen sind Routine
  • Ehrgeiz, Fertigkeiten stets zu verbessern und professionelle Teamfähigkeit
  • Eigenverantwortliches Informieren über aktuelle Rechtsänderungen
