Role Description
At Ivy Rehab, we're "All About the People"! As an Adaptive Planning Manager, you will play a crucial role in our mission to help enable people to live their lives to the fullest. This role involves:
- Partnering with key stakeholders across the organization through the lens of a financial and data strategy.
- Maintaining, implementing, and driving system and process improvements.
- Delivering value-added business analysis.
- Defining and reporting meaningful financial and operational metrics.
- Providing recommendations and implementing strategies to enhance user experience, leveraging AI and machine learning capabilities in Adaptive.
- Leading and optimizing the integration of AI and Predictive modules in Adaptive Planning.
- Overseeing system configurations, integrations, and updates.
- Identifying areas for system optimization and process improvements.
- Leading projects aimed at improving system usability and the efficiency of financial reporting.
- Providing training and ongoing support to end-users on Adaptive Planning best practices.
- Developing, analyzing, and distributing recurring financial metrics and ad-hoc reports.
- Managing system and process-related projects.
- Providing business support to end-users and troubleshooting system issues.
- Monitoring system performance and ensuring the availability and security of financial data.
- Collaborating with IT teams to implement system improvements.
- Ensuring that financial systems comply with internal controls, accounting standards, and industry regulations.
- Developing and maintaining system documentation, user manuals, and training materials.
- Staying current on industry best practices and technological advancements.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in financial systems administration or a similar role.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Adaptive Planning, including configuration, reporting, and forecasting.
- Experience with system integrations and configuration for Adaptive Planning or similar financial planning platforms.
- Proven track record of working with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of financial data modeling, forecasting methodologies, and financial systems best practices.
- Strong technical expertise in Adaptive Planning and financial system integration.
- Strong understanding of financial processes, accounting principles, and internal controls.
- Proficient in database management, system integration, and data migration techniques.
- Experience with business intelligence tools and reporting software.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
- Knowledge of data security protocols, user access controls, and regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Requirements
- Experience managing financial software applications (e.g., Adaptive Planning/insight, Hyperion Suites, SAP, and Anaplan).
