Role Description
As Legal Counsel at Luscii, you will play a pivotal role in the growth and development of Luscii, both in the Netherlands and abroad. Your responsibilities will include:
- Overall company risk management, assessing impact assessment of general legal and regulatory developments
- International contracting, setting up legal entities and market entries abroad (e.g. into United States, Japan)
- Scoping and impact assessment of international compliance requirements
- Staying up to date about legal and compliance developments relevant for digital health
- Vigilance for our products in the market, and developing stress-testing scenarios
Qualifications
- Law degree (specialization in international law or corporate law)
- Proven track record as Legal Counsel, General Counsel, or Risk Manager
- Self-driven with the ability to build internal relationships
- Experience in a start- or scale-up environment
- Fluency in English and Dutch
Requirements
- Excited to work in a Holacracy company, focusing on pro-activity, autonomy, and responsibility
- Skillful at prioritizing work and identifying important projects for maximum impact
- Experience with digital health or SaaS solutions, particularly related to data, privacy, and quality
- Legal knowledge on commercial contracting
- Ability to communicate Luscii’s legal positioning needs to external (international) experts
- Enjoy defining and performing implementation projects
- Excited about the future of digital healthcare
