Role Description
This role involves providing administrative support to attorneys in a legal setting.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for attorneys
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical legal files
- Conduct legal research and compile relevant information
- Coordinate communication between attorneys, clients, and external parties
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence
- Assist with billing and invoicing, including tracking billable hours and expenses
- Make travel arrangements and accommodations as needed
- Manage special projects and tasks as assigned by attorneys or senior staff
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a legal setting
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Legal Assistant
- Proficiency in using Clio Practice Management Software
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Proficient in legal research techniques and using legal databases
- Discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information
- Adaptability and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Experience supporting C-level executives or senior management
- Familiarity with project management software and tools
Requirements
- Salary: P400 per hour
- Schedule: 09:00 PM - 06:00 AM Manila time
