Role Description

We are looking for our Financial Controller for our manufacturing site in Huningue (68), France.

  • Accountable for financial management of the manufacturing site including reporting, planning, and financial compliance
  • Leadership responsibility for and development of the financial analysts
  • Active member of the Site Management Team
  • Steering and coordination of Budgeting and Forecasting processes (expenses, standard calculations, and P&L) as well as analysis and presentation to senior management
  • Reporting of financial KPIs to Site Management and Global Manufacturing Finance
  • Analyze deviations in Actual to plan/forecast, define and implement measures to achieve targets with regard to expenses, COGS, CAPEX, headcounts
  • Responsible for the implementation, maintenance, and execution of the full suite of Sarbanes-Oxley controls
  • Ensure that appropriate controls are in place for all site assets and transactions
  • Partner with key stakeholders at the site to continuously improve productivity and profitability
  • Balance machine and personnel capacities of the site with the long-term demand from the commercial organizations

Qualifications

  • MBA or equivalent degree in science or business preferred
  • 5+ years of working experience with increasing responsibility in Controlling or Finance in a Manufacturing company
  • Knowledge on Product Costing
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills, ability to communicate across all levels
  • Enthusiastic about leading and driving improvement and change
  • Strong collaboration skills to effectively work with stakeholders across functions
  • Pressure resilience and ability to work comfortably in a highly dynamic environment
  • Strategic and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Fluency in English is mandatory
  • Fluency in French - good to have

Requirements

  • Connaissance du coût des produits
  • Excellentes compétences analytiques et de présentation, capacité à communiquer à tous les niveaux
  • Vous êtes enthousiaste à l'idée de diriger et de conduire des améliorations et des changements
  • Résistance à la pression et capacité à travailler confortablement dans un environnement très dynamique
  • La maîtrise de l'anglais est obligatoire
  • La maîtrise du français serait un atout
  • Connaissances approfondies de SAP et des outils bureautiques : (Pack Office)
  • Connaissances approfondies des règles de comptabilité générale, analytique, budgétaire
