Role Description

This role involves managing financial processes and client onboarding.

Manage cash remittance to clients by using sales, payments, and supply costs data.
Reconciling payment processors settled cash to Passport’s bank accounts balance.
Onboarding new clients, currencies, and sales countries as needed.
Build enhancements and automations in Excel and Tableau to automate manual processes.

Qualifications

2 years of experience in accounting or finance
University Degree in Finance or Accounting
Experience with Sales platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, or Magento
Experience with payment processor data from Shopify, Paypal, Klarna, Afterpay, or Stripe
Proficient in understanding complex Excel files and functions
