Role Description
We are welcoming a Finance Analyst to our Finance team.
As a member of our Finance & Accounting team, our Finance Analyst contributes to our success with responsibilities that include:
- Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking
- Report on financial performance and prepare for regular leadership reviews
- Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends
- Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting
- Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts
- Guide the cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures
- Work closely with our Project Managers on project-based FP&A
Qualifications
- 3+ years of business finance or other relevant experience
- Solid understanding of financial reports (Income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow)
- Experience with Deltek Costpoint
- Experience in financial modeling techniques
- Experience with Excel formulas and functions
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or similar field
- Strong analytical and data gathering skills
- Good business acumen
Requirements
- This role is remote with some travel for team collaboration throughout the year.
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
