Role Description
We are looking for a hands-on, full-time, self-motivated Finance Lead to join our team in Brazil. This role is based in SĂŁo Paulo, Brazil.
- Be the Finance reference to lead Brazil and Argentina.
- Coordinate with the outsourcing accounting & tax advisor in Argentina and Brazil.
- Support with tax & accounting advisory, in order to set up the best strategy for the group.
- Work with various customized systems to ensure proper invoicing and accounting controls.
- Collaborate with the global finance teams on Billing & Collections matters.
- Be the Finance reference for the Business Units of Affle with a presence in Brazil and Argentina.
- Proactively identify issues and keep managers informed in a timely manner.
- Detect improvement opportunities to trigger off new administrative processes.

Qualifications
- Experienced certified accountant with knowledge in Tax and Accounting.
- Ability to lead and inspire a team of finance professionals in Argentina.
- Willing to learn and grow in a fast-paced technology company.
- Advanced English and Portuguese skills are a must. Spanish speaking is nice to have.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Superior attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in completing tasks.
- Positive attitude that makes you someone others enjoy working with.
