Role Description
Join our ambitious team as a Finance Ops Analyst and help shape the future of work. You’ll have a chance to shape our financial strategy while making a tangible impact on global workforce transformation.
- Develop and maintain dashboards for KPI tracking, helping leadership make data-backed decisions that drive growth across global markets
- Play a pivotal role in optimizing financial processes, ensuring smooth collections, and maintaining essential cash flow while solving complex, data-driven financial challenges
- By leveraging data and insights, you’ll be key in driving efficiency and automation in collections across various markets
- Influence key business outcomes by building sophisticated financial models for business planning, forecasting, and strategic decision-making
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports for C-Level, directly shaping the company’s future direction
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to develop and execute the global Business Plan, ensuring it aligns with our long-term strategic vision
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Engineering, Economics, or a related field
- Proven experience in data analysis and financial modeling
- Experience preparing materials for senior executives
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with finance, data, and leadership teams to contribute to company-wide strategic initiatives
Requirements
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Communication: Excellent English skills (C1+), both written and spoken
- Extreme Ownership: Proven ability to drive projects from start to finish, taking full responsibility for outcomes and delivering high-impact results
- Data analytics: Working knowledge of SQL
- Financial Modeling: Extensive experience with Excel financial modeling
Nice to have
- Technical Skills: Experience with Python and Google Scripts
- Industry Experience: Background in data analysis, consulting, or investment banking
