Role Description

Design and implement a comprehensive compliance program that aligns with regulatory requirements and industry best practices
Develop policies, procedures, controls and reporting to comply with regulatory requirements; provide training programs to foster Phantom’s compliance culture
Manage relationships with third-party compliance vendors
Provide compliance advice in connection with new product development
Oversee Sanctions and UK Financial Promotions compliance programs

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in business, finance law or a related field
7+ years of experience in a compliance or regulatory role within financial services, fintech or crypto industries
Demonstrated ability to build compliance programs
Understanding of regulatory compliance requirements such as GDPR, BSA, Global Sanctions, etc.
Strong analytical skills to assess requirements and develop effective compliance strategies
Proven ability to lead compliance initiatives and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
