Role Description

We are currently seeking a Billing Specialist to carry out various tasks related to the company’s order-to-cash processes.

Send invoices and statements to customers
Manage questions from clients related to their products and invoices
Maintain client product information to ensure that billing data is current and accurate
Assist with monthly billing files and creation of invoices
Manage Customer Collections on overdue accounts
Create and verify manual invoices throughout the month
Manage large volumes of data
Manage company credit cards
Manage Employee expenses
Process Bank Deposits

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
Rigor and methodology
Advanced knowledge and experience using Excel including managing large data sets (formulas, pivot tables, lookups…)
Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability toward problem solving
Excellent time management, organizational and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Autonomous
Good team player
Knowledge of Sage 50, Quickbooks or other accounting software
Bilingual (French and English)
Highly computer literate
