Role Description
Join DaVita’s dynamic Global Treasury Team and grow your career while managing high-impact global cash and banking relationships. As a Treasury Analyst, you will gain valuable exposure to corporate treasury operations and play a pivotal role in managing critical functions such as:
- Daily cash positioning
- Short-term cash forecasts
- Fund transfers
- Investments
- M&A and bank document reviews
- Long-term debt administration
This is a hybrid position that is primarily remote; however, periodic travel will be required several times a year for in-person meetings, training, or team collaboration.
What You’ll Do:
- Take full ownership of multiple Treasury projects simultaneously, managing deadlines, priorities, and resources in a high-demand, constantly changing environment.
- Proactively manage and execute tasks with minimal supervision, demonstrating strong project management skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities.
- Develop and maintain the daily cash position, execute fund transfers and investments, and ensure the accuracy of short-term cash forecasts.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth execution of key initiatives, ensuring both departmental and organizational success.
- Demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving skills by analyzing and resolving challenges that arise in Treasury processes.
- Continuously seek out new opportunities to improve processes and add value to the team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Math, or a related business field
- Corporate Treasury knowledge highly preferred
- 2+ years of professional analytics experience
- Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, especially Excel, with a focus on data analysis and reporting
- Ability to travel several times a year
