Role Description

This role involves managing financial records and payroll processes within a healthcare technology company.

Maintain accurate financial records and oversee bookkeeping processes.
Manage payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate salary disbursements.
Handle employee onboarding processes, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Reconcile accounts, generate financial reports, and assist with audits as needed.
Process invoices, track expenses, and manage financial transactions.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and reporting requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve payroll and accounting workflows.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience in bookkeeping and payroll processing.
Strong understanding of financial statements, reconciliations, and tax compliance.
Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks or similar platforms.
Experience with employee onboarding and payroll-related HR tasks.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work across multiple business entities.
