Role Description
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Product Sourcing Specialist / Inventory Expansion Specialist to support our growing inventory and product research initiatives. This position plays a critical role in identifying profitable product opportunities through comprehensive research and price analysis across various e-commerce platforms.
- Monitor and manage vendor price lists via a dedicated email account.
- Analyze vendor lists to identify potential products for resale.
- Compare item pricing and availability across platforms like Amazon, Walmart, Best Buy, and Mercado.

Compile product research and comparisons into organized Excel spreadsheets, including:
- Product links
- Current selling prices
- Margin calculations
- Estimated commission and fees
- Research online trends to identify in-demand or emerging products.
- Maintain accurate and organized documentation of research and findings.
- Prepare and present weekly reports summarizing viable product opportunities.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data entry and use of basic formulas.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret large data sets.
- High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Experience with major e-commerce platforms and online retail markets.
- Excellent research skills with the ability to identify market trends and emerging product opportunities.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
