[Hiring] Systems Engineer, Continuous Safety Assurance @ティアフォー

Role Description

自動運転の安全は、リリース時に一度論証して終わりではありません。ODDの拡大、ソフトウェアの継続的なアップデート、運行実績の蓄積に伴い、「今このシステムは十分に安全である」という論証（セーフティケース）を、実際の運行データに基づいて継続的に維持・更新していく必要があります。本ポジションは、この継続的な安全論証（Continuous Safety Assurance）を成立させるために、どのようなデータ・メトリクスが必要かを定義し、それを取得・集計・可視化するデータパイプラインを社内のソフトウェアエンジニア・データエンジニアとともに形にしていくシステムズエンジニアの募集です。

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience developing, analyzing, or evaluating complex systems such as robotics, autonomous driving, or automotive systems
• Practical data analysis and scripting skills using Python, SQL, etc.
• Experience contributing to the construction or operation of data pipelines or data analysis platforms (e.g., Databricks, Jupyter, cloud data platforms)
• Systems engineering aptitude: the ability to understand system-level architecture and interactions between components, and to translate needs into specifications
• Ability to structure problems from ambiguity and define what is worth solving based on cost and benefit
• Communication skills to explain technical topics to both engineering and non-engineering stakeholders (in Japanese or English, with at least reading/writing ability in the other)

Requirements

• ロボティクス・自動運転・車載システム等の複雑なシステムの開発・分析・評価に関する実務経験 3年以上
• Python・SQL 等を用いたデータ分析・スクリプティングの実務スキル
• データパイプラインまたはデータ分析基盤（例：Databricks、Jupyter、各種クラウドデータ基盤）の構築・運用に関与した経験
• システム全体のアーキテクチャと構成要素間の相互作用を理解し、要求を仕様に落とし込めるシステムズエンジニアリングの素養
• 曖昧な状態から自ら課題を構造化し、費用対効果を見極めて解くべき問題を定義できること
• 技術的な内容を、エンジニア・非エンジニア双方のステークホルダーに説明できるコミュニケーション能力（日本語または英語。もう一方は読み書きレベル以上）
