[Hiring] Staff Survivability and Operations Analysis Engineer @Archer

Role Description

Candidates will be a member of the Archer Defense and Advanced Programs organization and will be part of the team to incubate, market, capture, and execute (technical, cost, and schedule) advanced programs applied to our Archer Defense portfolio.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years’ experience in the aerospace or related field.
• Minimum BS in engineering, computer science, physics, or math degree; MS or PhD desired.
• Experience with design, analysis, fabrication, and test of survivability technologies (RCS, IR, Acoustics); ASE, and mission systems.
• Operations Analysis experience, including numerous modeling and simulation environments such as AFSIM.
• Knowledge of domestic and international threat systems.
• Experience leading and working across all engineering, manufacturing, and business disciplines.
• Must be a US citizen and possess or can obtain a DoD security clearance.
• Knowledge of RF, EW/EA, EOIR, acoustic, mission systems, sensors, communications, dynamic and propulsion (electric, hybrid, and gas turbine) systems, CAD, python, MATLAB.

Requirements

• Model Based Systems Engineering, SysML, DoDAF.
• Experience with customers.

Benefits

• Targeting a base pay range of $130,800 - $179,900.
• Actual compensation offered will be determined by job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
