[Hiring] Senior Mobile Device Management Engineer @CTI Consulting

Role Description

This is a remote position. CTI Staffing is partnering with a leading government services organization to find a Senior Mobile Device Management (MDM) Engineer for a remote, 12-month contract. This is an engineer-level role focused on architecture and design, not day-to-day implementation. You’ll shape how mobile devices are managed and secured across iOS and Android in virtual environments, and you’ll serve as the technical authority for a government client.

• Design and architect MDM solutions using Microsoft Intune for iOS and Android devices
• Engineer mobile device management solutions for virtual environments
• Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting for complex MDM deployments
• Partner with government clients on MDM strategy and implementation planning
• Support user-facing technical issues and act as subject matter expert in client conversations
• Document technical specifications, architecture decisions, and best practices
• Evaluate and recommend MDM tools and virtual environment solutions
• Run technical assessments and deliver optimization recommendations

Qualifications

• Must-Have:
• U.S. Citizen, eligible for a U.S. government security clearance
• 3+ years of professional experience with Microsoft Intune MDM for iOS and Android
• Demonstrated competency in MDM architecture and design
• Hands-on experience with virtual environments and mobile device streaming technologies
• Proven engineer-level work, not implementation-focused roles
• Commitment to a minimum 1-year engagement
• Nice-to-Have:
• Experience with Hypori or similar virtual mobile workspace solutions
• Experience managing mobile devices that access government networks
• Knowledge of mobile security frameworks and compliance requirements
• Experience with conditional access policies and device compliance management
• Familiarity with mobile application management (MAM) solutions
