[Hiring] Senior Designer, Electrical @WD Partners

Role Description

As a Senior Designer on our Electrical team, you will work within a team to take design and construction projects from a defined concept to completion. You will:

• Design building systems
• Perform engineering calculations
• Produce construction documents
• Prepare technical documentation
• Work collaboratively to coordinate your work across an integrated team of other designers, architects, and engineers
• Receive daily task assignments for your specific project
• Assist your team, ensuring your own work and the work of junior team members is of high quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent work and/or technical education experience
• Experience in electrical engineering design for buildings
• Demonstrated experience and competency with required software programs, including AutoCAD and Revit
• Comfortable working in a cross-disciplinary team environment
