[Hiring] Senior Civil/Structural Engineer @Exo Group

Role Description

At Exo, engineering isn’t just a job — it’s a craft we love, a team we trust, and a place where great people come to do the best work of their careers. We’re a small, high-performance engineering team built on clarity, quality, and deep expertise. That size is our advantage: we move fast, stay flexible, and keep our focus exactly where it belongs — on our people, our projects, and our clients.

This role is part of Exo’s Engineering group, focused on designing transmission line support structures that are safe, efficient, and constructible. You’ll work alongside experienced engineers and designers to develop steel lattice tower and steel pole designs, foundation designs and related structural components for projects that strengthen and expand the power grid.

If you want to join a place where your performance is recognized, your growth is supported, and your impact is felt immediately, you’ll fit right in. Here, you’ll tackle challenging power-delivery projects, collaborate with people who love this industry, and contribute to a company that’s shaping it.

We’re building something special — nimble, ambitious, fair, and full of good energy — and we’re looking for people who want to help shape what comes next.
