    • Review electrical systems, circuits, equipment, and components
    • Assess design assumptions, constraints, and engineering approaches
    • Identify technical weaknesses, inconsistencies, or opportunities for improvement
    • Apply practical engineering judgement to real-world electrical systems
  • Power Distribution Systems
    • Evaluate low- and medium-voltage electrical distribution systems
    • Review power-system architecture, loads, feeders, and equipment requirements
    • Assess distribution-system performance and design suitability
    • Identify potential reliability, capacity, or protection issues
    • Evaluate alternative configurations and engineering trade-offs
  • Electrical Calculations & Studies
    • Perform and review load flow, voltage drop, short-circuit analysis, protection coordination, and equipment-sizing calculations
    • Assess calculation assumptions and input data
    • Verify whether engineering results satisfy project requirements
    • Identify errors or inconsistencies in technical analyses
    • Review power-system studies for completeness and engineering validity
  • Equipment Selection & Specification
    • Evaluate selection and sizing of transformers, switchgear, cables, motors, and protection equipment
    • Review technical specifications and equipment requirements
    • Assess whether selected components are appropriate for system conditions
    • Identify sizing, compatibility, or performance concerns
    • Review vendor documentation and equipment datasheets where relevant
  • Schematics & Technical Documentation
    • Interpret and review single-line diagrams, wiring diagrams, electrical schematics, layouts, and technical drawings
    • Assess documentation for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
    • Identify discrepancies between drawings, calculations, and equipment specifications
    • Review technical submittals and engineering documentation
    • Ensure design intent is clearly reflected across supporting materials
  • Protection & System Coordination
    • Review electrical protection philosophies and coordination approaches
    • Assess protective-device selection and settings
    • Evaluate short-circuit and coordination-study results
    • Identify potential selectivity or protection gaps
    • Review system behaviour under fault and abnormal operating conditions
  • Industrial & Infrastructure Applications
    • Evaluate electrical systems used in industrial facilities, manufacturing, infrastructure, building services, energy, renewable energy, and energy-storage environments
    • Review system requirements within complex operational settings
    • Assess electrical design decisions against practical installation and operational constraints
    • Identify potential design or integration issues
    • Apply engineering judgement across varied project contexts
  • Controls & Automation
    • Review electrical designs involving industrial automation, instrumentation, or control systems where relevant
    • Assess integration between electrical equipment and control architecture
    • Evaluate control panels, motor-control systems, and supporting electrical infrastructure
    • Identify technical inconsistencies or integration risks
    • Review designs for practical implementation
  • Design Tools & Engineering Standards
    • Work with or review designs produced using tools such as AutoCAD Electrical, ETAP, SKM Power Tools, EPLAN, Revit, or equivalent platforms
    • Evaluate designs against applicable electrical standards and project requirements
    • Apply familiarity with standards such as IEC, IEEE, NEC, or equivalent
    • Review compliance considerations and engineering assumptions
    • Identify deviations that may affect technical validity or safety
  • Technical Evaluation & Feedback
    • Review electrical designs, calculations, assumptions, and technical approaches
    • Assess engineering work for accuracy, completeness, and practical feasibility
    • Compare alternative design approaches and engineering trade-offs
    • Identify substantive technical issues and explain why they matter
    • Provide clear, structured technical feedback
