[Hiring] Civil Wastewater Engineer / Project Manager @SEH

Role Description

Join our wastewater infrastructure team to support the planning, design, and construction of a wide variety of water treatment and wastewater treatment projects.

• Develop creative solutions to complex water and wastewater treatment and conveyance challenges, working closely with our team of engineers, designers, and other professionals.
• Collaborate with multi-discipline teams to deliver innovative project solutions.
• Build and strengthen client relationships in collaboration with experienced project managers.

This opportunity is open to candidates residing in MN, WI, IA, NE, KS, or TX.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil or environmental engineering, or a related field.
• Licensed Professional Engineer or ability to obtain within six months.
• Experience in the design and construction of municipal, state, federal, or industrial drinking water or wastewater treatment projects.
• Knowledge of water/wastewater treatment systems, equipment, and regulations.

Requirements

• Eight (8) years of experience designing and/or managing wastewater treatment or conveyance projects.
• Eight (8) years of experience designing and/or managing drinking water projects, including treatment, wells and pumphouses, storage facilities, booster stations, and distribution systems.
• Knowledge of regional water and wastewater issues and familiarity with the municipal government client base.
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Ability to scope and budget new drinking and wastewater facility projects and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
