Role Description

• Produce detailed project and equipment drawings using CAD software, ensuring compliance with internal standards and design standards.
• Analyze drawings, sketches, and technical inputs from internal stakeholders to identify missing information, inconsistencies, or technical risks.
• Support sales with conceptual layouts and technical drawings.
• Conduct on-site measurements and update drawings accordingly.
• Collaborate closely with engineering colleagues to ensure technical accuracy and project feasibility.
• Follow QHSE standards and local legislation to ensure safe project execution.
• Maintain proper documentation and storage of all drawings and project files.
• Participate in training sessions and share technical knowledge to foster continuous team growth.

Qualifications

• Technical Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in industrial design, mechanics, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a CAD Designer or Draftsman in an industrial environment.
• Proficiency with CAD tools such as AutoCAD, Autodesk Inventor (Required).
• Experience with SolidWorks or other CAD packages would be advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and a quality-driven approach.
• Structured and organized work ethic.
• Effective team player with a focus on internal service excellence.
• Familiarity with the following:

• Industrial Design
• Mechanical Drafting
