Role Description

As the BIM Specialist III, you will be responsible for:

• Developing and debugging XSLT transformation code.
• Creating advanced parametric Revit content for complex HVAC products.
• Working extensively with product configuration applications.
• Troubleshooting content-related issues.
• Testing and communicating design problems for corrective action.
• Establishing BIM content creation standards.
• Creating custom image renderings and scripts for software updates.
• Leading process improvement projects.
• Mentoring team members.

Qualifications

• Education: 2 Year / Associate Degree or equivalent years of job experience required.
• Experience: 4-6 years of relevant work experience required.
• Knowledge and experience with Revit required.
• Knowledge of CAD systems (AutoCAD and/or Inventor) required.
• Intermediate programming skills at a minimum required.
