Role Description

Tutor Me Education is reshaping how students learn, and we're looking for experienced special education tutors to provide 1:1 and small group virtual instruction to students across the country. • Deliver engaging, individualized virtual instruction tailored to each student's goals, accommodations, and learning profile.
• Create structured lesson plans that align with student goals, grade-level standards, and the specific accommodations or modifications each student requires.
• Adapt instruction in real time based on student questions, progress, and engagement.
• Track student progress and communicate effectively with families and, where applicable, school district partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience working with students who have education needs.
• Ability to design and deliver lesson plans aligned to student goals and accommodations.
• Strong virtual instruction skills — comfort with video conferencing, digital whiteboards, and keeping students engaged online.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Reliable computer, internet, webcam, and quiet workspace.
