[Hiring] Virtual CPR/First Aid Trainer @Learntastic

Role Description

We are looking for an engaging and knowledgeable Virtual Trainer to deliver live online training sessions for CPR, First Aid, and other healthcare-related courses. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in healthcare training, excellent presentation skills, and the ability to make virtual learning interactive and effective.

• Conduct live virtual training sessions on CPR, First Aid, and other healthcare topics.
• Deliver training through video conferencing platforms in an engaging and interactive manner.
• Adapt training styles to meet various learner needs (individuals, groups, professionals).
• Stay updated on industry best practices and certification requirements.
• Assess participants' understanding through Q&A, quizzes, and interactive discussions.
• Provide feedback and guidance to learners to ensure knowledge retention.
• Assist in updating and developing training materials as needed.

Qualifications

• Certification in CPR, First Aid, or related healthcare training (Instructor-level - AHA) - Mandatory
• Prior experience as a trainer or educator in a virtual environment - Mandatory
• Strong command of English communication and presentation skills - Mandatory
• Ability to use online training tools, video conferencing software (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, etc.), and LMS platforms.
• Passion for teaching and making a real-world impact through life-saving education.
• Reliable internet connection and a professional remote setup (camera, microphone, quiet environment).

Requirements

• Experience in e-learning, instructional design, or digital training methods - Preferred
• Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations related to CPR and First Aid - Preferred
• Prior experience training corporate teams, healthcare workers, or educators - Preferred
