[Hiring] Training, Onboarding & L&D Evaluation Consultant @24-MAG

Role Description

We are sharing a specialised part-time consulting opportunity for training, onboarding, and learning & development professionals experienced in reviewing learning materials, onboarding plans, training documents, facilitator guides, curricula, job aids, spreadsheets, slide decks, and presentation-ready L&D artifacts for accuracy, rigor, clarity, and domain quality. This role supports current and upcoming remote consulting opportunities focused on:

• Training artifact review
• Onboarding materials evaluation
• L&D quality assessment
• Rubric-based review
• Document and spreadsheet assessment
• Slide deck quality review
• Structured feedback
• High-quality project execution

Selected professionals will evaluate AI-generated work products and apply subject-matter expertise to identify factual, instructional, aesthetic, and presentation issues.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in training, onboarding, learning and development, instructional design, curriculum development, employee enablement, facilitation, workplace learning, or related work
• Native or professional fluency in English
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Strong experience with Google Slides, PowerPoint, Excel, Google Sheets, Word, and Google Docs
• Ability to evaluate documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks with strong attention to detail
• Excellent written communication skills and ability to provide structured feedback
• Ability to work independently in a remote, project-based environment

Requirements

• Academic backgrounds in education, instructional design, learning sciences, human resources, organizational psychology, communications, business, or related fields may be relevant
• Advanced degree from a reputable institution may be valuable
• Professional training in instructional design, adult learning, onboarding, curriculum development, facilitation, or learning measurement may also be relevant depending on project scope

Contract Details

• Weekly payments via Stripe or Wise
