Telecommunication or customer service experience in a support or customer service environment

Proficiency with Google Workspace
Requirements

Masterโs degree preferred
-
Two years of experience in student services within a higher education or adult education environment

A demonstrated track record of providing student services in an education environment
-
Mentoring and coaching experience preferred
-
Knowledge of nontraditional higher education
-
Proficiency in Salesforce Administration
Benefits

Compensation: Grade 6: $22.00 - $25.13 (non-exempt/hourly)

This is a full-time, temporary, and non-exempt position

Primary work location - Remote
-
Remote work flexibility with minimal distractions expected
-
Standard hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM โ 5:00 PM PST, with one late shift per week
Essential Functions

Provide one-on-one support for students in various areas including spiritual formation, strengths development, and academic advising
-
Monitor student progress and provide necessary encouragement and support
-
Articulate degree requirements and develop individualized plans for students
-
Encourage personal responsibility for learning
-
Coordinate with various student services departments
-
Compile data on program services and maintain accurate student records
-
Interpret and apply FERPA regulations
-
Required to work a Saturday commencement event each calendar year
-
Carry out other duties assigned by supervisor(s)
