[Hiring] Technical Delivery Specialist @Accenture

Role Description

We are looking for a Technical Delivery Specialist to manage the academic execution and delivery of B.Tech and technology programs across digital and blended formats. The role will coordinate with faculty, SMEs, instructional designers, program teams, university partners, and industry stakeholders to ensure high-quality, timely, and industry-aligned program delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end creation and delivery of B.Tech and technology programs for emerging professionals, including academic planning, curriculum, training materials, labs, projects, assessments, cohort readiness, and real-world case studies.
• Coordinate with faculty, SMEs, instructional designers, university partners, and internal teams for timely program execution.
• Ensure curriculum, assessments, and learning outcomes meet academic and industry standards.
• Monitor learner engagement, performance, completion, NPS, and overall learning experience.
• Drive quality, consistency, and adherence to academic and delivery processes across cohorts.
• Manage stakeholder communication, issue resolution, timelines, and delivery dependencies.
• Support continuous improvement through learner feedback, performance data, and delivery insights.
• Stay updated on technology education, digital pedagogy, and EdTech trends.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in higher education, academic delivery, or program management, with EdTech experience required.
• Experience in B.Tech, technology, professional, or emerging skills programs.
• Strong exposure to academic planning, curriculum delivery, assessments, and program execution.
• Proven stakeholder management across faculty, SMEs, universities, industry partners, and internal teams.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, coordination, and execution skills.
• Experience with digital/blended learning and EdTech/LMS platforms.
• Preferred: Relevant certifications in AI/ML, GenAI, or Data Science.

Requirements

• Must have skills: AI/ML & GenAI, Python & ML/DL Frameworks, Prompt Engineering & LLM Fine-tuning, Agentic AI, Curriculum Design & Instructional Delivery.
• Good to have skills: Multi-Agent Systems, Real-world AI Project Deployment, Cloud Platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), MLOps/LLMOps, AI/ML/GenAI Certifications.
• Experience: 6-10 years, with at least 3 years of relevant experience in AI/ML/GenAI training or delivery.
• Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Data Science, AI, or related field.
