Role Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced full-time, temporary (18 months) Team Lead (Training) to join the 9-8-8 National Hub Training Team. The National Hub Training Team is responsible for developing, coordinating, delivering, and evaluating learning activities for 9-8-8 Hub Responders.

• Oversee the Training Coordinators.
• Support the effective planning, delivery, and continuous improvement of 9-8-8 Hub responder training.

Qualifications

• Experience in training and development.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a training or educational role.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and French.
• Ability to evaluate and improve training programs.
