Role Description
Grok Global Services is seeking a Brazil-based Student Recruitment Advisor to support Westcliff University in driving undergraduate and graduate recruitment across Brazil and the broader LATAM region. This role focuses on regional outreach planning, brand-building, lead generation, and conversion activities that directly contribute to Westcliff’s enrollment goals.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a regional outreach plan considering cultural and market specificities, to grow brand awareness and drive applications across LATAM.

Meet KPI targets related to outreach activity, lead generation, follow-up, and conversion.

Convert leads from Westcliff’s existing pipeline and generate new leads through fairs, school visits, and localized engagement in Brazil and in the wider LATAM region.

Serve as the primary advisor for all prospective student follow-up after each event, ensuring timely, high-quality engagement.

Cultivate and maintain strategic partnerships with local high school counselors.

Provide weekly reports summarizing outreach, follow-up, conversion progress, and market insights.

Participate in virtual and in-person recruitment events, fairs, and information sessions across LATAM.

Attend regular online meetings with Westcliff’s Global Outreach team, including the LATAM Regional Representative, to share feedback, market observations, and status updates.
Qualifications

3–5 years in higher education, international recruitment, or placement services.

Bachelor’s degree; strong academic performance.

Experience representing an overseas university (preferred).

Study or work experience in the USA (preferred).

English and Portuguese: Professional Working Proficiency required; Spanish proficiency (preferred).

Graduate recruitment experience (preferred).

Access to an existing network of local contacts with schools, Universities, and counselors (preferred).
