Role Description

We are seeking a highly organized, empathetic, and proactive Student Coordinator to join our team. You will be the primary point of contact and support for our exchange students, helping them navigate their programmes from arrival to departure. • Student Support: Act as the main point of contact for students, providing guidance, reassurance, and pastoral care throughout their programme.
• Programme Coordination: Assist with the onboarding, orientation, and placement of students.
• Stakeholder Liaison: Maintain regular communication with students, host families, school coordinators, and regional representatives.
• Administrative Support: Manage student files, update internal databases, and ensure all safeguarding and compliance documentation is complete.
• Problem Solving: Address and resolve any student or host family issues efficiently and sensitively.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in student support, education, youth work, or customer service.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal).
• Strong organizational abilities with high attention to detail.
• Empathy, resilience, and a passion for cultural exchange.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
