Role Description
This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position following the school district's calendar. Immediate start dates depend on available placements once you've completed the application process.
As a Fullmind Speech Pathologist, you will:

Deliver engaging, high-quality speech and language instruction in a virtual classroom, building the same rapport and momentum an in-person therapist would.

Evaluate students' speech and language levels and translate findings into clear, actionable goals.

Design and carry out individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's IEP.

Document sessions and track progress toward IEP goals with the rigor districts require.

Partner with school-based staff, teachers, case managers, and administrators, to keep everyone aligned on student progress.
Qualifications

A master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and a valid professional license from the Minnesota Professional Educator Licensing and Standards Board.

Must be in good standing with no disciplinary actions on any license held.

Experience with tele-health platforms for assessment and therapy delivery in a school/IEP context.

Reliable, FERPA-compliant technology setup: webcam, headset, stable high-speed internet, private/distraction-free workspace.

Comfort collaborating remotely with classroom teachers, case managers, and families.

Must be authorized to work in the United States.

This is a 1099 contract position; it does not include employee benefits.

Hourly rate is negotiable based on experience and placement.

$315-$415 daily rate; rates are negotiable and subject to change.
