  • Work closely with Curriculum, Digital, and Operations colleagues to ensure a seamless learner journey.
  • Participate in standardisation meetings and share insights to strengthen coaching practice.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development across leadership, coaching, and digital learning.

  • Strong understanding of first‑line management responsibilities, including communication, performance management, problem‑solving, and team leadership.

  • Coaching qualification or membership of a relevant professional body.
  • Experience working with digital learning tools or virtual learning environments.

Benefits

  • Dedicated monthly CPD time for your own development.
  • 5.6 weeks’ annual leave, plus bank holidays and two paid weeks off over Christmas/New Year.
  • Two weeks’ paid short‑term sick leave.
  • Access to Health Assured employee wellbeing support and rewards.
  • Opportunities to contribute to exciting cross‑team growth initiatives.
