[Hiring] Senior Training/Education Specialist @Medtronic

Role Description

This role focuses on leading training and change management initiatives that support Pricing & Contracting transformation programs. The Senior Training Education Specialist partners closely with product owners, subject matter experts, and business leaders to design and deliver effective learning strategies that help employees adopt new processes, systems, and ways of working. Acting as a strategic training lead, this professional manages multiple initiatives, develops impactful learning solutions, facilitates training sessions, measures adoption success, and drives continuous improvement to ensure a smooth transition and sustained business performance.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Plans, develops, and coordinates in-house product training programs for field support personnel and customers.
• Obtains information needed to prepare in-house training programs; prepares training materials; develops course content; determines methodology; and coordinates the development of training aids.
• Ensures training program(s) meets company and customer objectives.
• Maintains communication with customers to ensure effectiveness of training.
• May utilize trainers with technical expertise.
• Continuously revises lesson plans to meet new training requirements and to keep technical information up to date.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human resources, Business Administration, Psychology and/or relevant experience.
• Four years of experience leading the design and delivery of training for technology implementations, process changes, or digital transformations.
• Experience developing and delivering training programs for technology implementations, process improvements, or business transformation initiatives.
• Strong instructional design skills with the ability to create clear, engaging, and role-based learning materials.
• Experience facilitating virtual instructor-led training and supporting end-user adoption of systems and processes.
• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft 365 applications, including Teams, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
• Experience with platforms such as Salesforce, CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) and CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) would be considered a plus.
• Experience using TechSmith applications, including Snagit, Camtasia, and Audiate.
• Fluent English required.
