Role Description
As a Senior Cyber Security Trainer & Curriculum Developer at Recorded Future, you will serve as a key driver of customer enablement through high-impact, technical training. Operating with full independence, you will design, deliver, and optimize cybersecurity learning experiences that empower customers to effectively adopt and utilize the Recorded Future threat intelligence solution. You will lead initiatives that enhance learner outcomes, mentor junior trainers, and shape the evolution of our curriculum through real-world feedback and strategic insight.

Design, develop, and deliver live and virtual cybersecurity training for global customer audiences.

Take ownership of curriculum course, create technical labs, CTF challenges, and curriculum aligned to role-based use cases.

Act as a subject-matter expert and mentor to junior trainers and instructional designers.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Customer Success, and Engineering teams to align training content with evolving product capabilities and customer needs.

Contribute to the Recorded Future Community through training-related discussions, webinars, and events.

Provide guidance and support to Partner Trainers to ensure consistency and instructional excellence.

Analyze training effectiveness using learner feedback, analytics, and performance metrics to continuously improve course impact.
Qualifications

5+ years in a training, cybersecurity, or enablement role.

Proven track record of independently designing and delivering cybersecurity training for external customers.

In-depth knowledge of threat intelligence, cyber defense frameworks (e.g., MITRE ATT&CK), and threat actor analysis.

Strong instructional design skills, with experience building interactive, lab-based learning environments.

Excellent facilitation and communication skills across live, virtual, and hybrid environments.

Experience using learning analytics to measure engagement, retention, and training impact.

Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder communication skills.
Requirements

CISSP, GIAC, or equivalent cybersecurity certification.

Familiarity with Recorded Future platform or threat intelligence platforms.

Proficiency in tools such as Articulate 360, Camtasia, and LMS platforms (e.g., Skilljar).

Exposure to AI applications in cyber security or cybersecurity training.

Experience mentoring peer instructors or managing instructional standards.

Awareness of adult learning theory and modern digital learning strategies.
