Role Description
We’re seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Teaching & Instruction to lead a regional team of virtual teachers and drive execution of high-quality instructional delivery across assigned state(s) or district(s). You’ll play a critical role in ensuring alignment to local program needs while maintaining fidelity to Edmentum’s instructional models.

Own instructional program quality and execution across an assigned region

Supervise and coach teachers to ensure high-quality, standards-aligned instruction

Manage regional staffing and teacher assignments, ensuring coverage and compliance

Collaborate across departments to solve escalations and meet district expectations

Monitor data and trends to identify risks and lead improvement efforts

Serve as a regional representative with school and district stakeholders

Participate in internal initiatives such as teacher development and certification efforts
Qualifications

Master’s degree and an Educational Leadership certification

5+ years of instructional leadership experience, including managing remote teams

Successfully led instructional programs across geographies or multi-site environments

Excellent coach with a track record of driving teacher growth and performance

Thrive in a fast-paced, high-accountability virtual environment

Understand regional education requirements and adapt practices accordingly

Confident managing cross-functional coordination and external relationships

Organized, proactive, and passionate about student success

Willing to take on evolving responsibilities based on business needs

Pay range for this role: $100,000 — $115,000 USD
