Role Description

As a Senior Learning Specialist, you will be part of a small but dynamic training team at Convera. You will work on a variety of projects, including:

• Developing Leadership content
• Developing new platform functionalities in partnership with SMEs
• Delivering online and in-person sessions

You will:

• Work with business partners to identify training needs and create instructor-led and virtual training using innovative solutions.
• Partner with multiple teams to forecast potential contact drivers, plan troubleshooting, and curate a learning experience for our teams.
• Challenge learners’ understanding through relevant activities, author measurable learning objectives, and develop materials that promote transfer, retention, and application.
• Work under tight deadlines with minimal supervision in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Conduct training in various formats: in-person, classroom, workshop settings, online, or asynchronous.

You will be responsible for:

• Collaborating with stakeholders to analyze training needs and create effective learning solutions.
• Utilizing instructional design principles to design, develop, and deliver engaging training materials.
• Applying an agile project management approach to ensure timely delivery of training solutions.
• Creating and curating visually appealing, user-friendly content that meets learning objectives.
• Assessing the effectiveness of training programs through evaluations and feedback mechanisms.
• Driving targeted technical upskilling in support of client digital transformation.
• Creating online interactive training using the Articulate 360 suite (Rise & Storyline).
• Facilitating virtual instructor-led sessions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and/or previous relevant working experience in graphic or instructional design for 5+ years.
• 2+ years of experience using Articulate 360 suite (or similar).
• Ability to facilitate technical workshops in-person or virtual in an engaging manner.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
• Understanding of AI, technology, and best practices in the e-learning field.
• Experience developing content and supporting Digital Adoption Platforms (DAP), such as WalkMe.
• Solid knowledge of instructional theory and instructional systems design, including assessment.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment and bring an energetic and innovative approach to work.
• Ability to interact with all levels within the organization.
• Experience within a corporate environment with global multi-site operations is considered an advantage.
