Role Description

As a Senior Learning & Development Specialist at ICON, you will be integral in shaping and delivering impactful learning and development programs that drive employee growth and organizational success.

What You Will Do:

• Take ownership of learning and organisational development deliverables, applying your expertise to complex challenges.
• Design, develop, and implement effective learning and development programs that meet organizational needs and support employee growth.
• Conduct thorough needs assessments and collaborate with department leaders to identify skill gaps and create targeted learning solutions.
• Facilitate engaging training sessions and workshops, both in-person and online, to enhance employee skills and foster a culture of continuous learning.
• Evaluate the impact and effectiveness of learning programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, and make recommendations for improvements.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in learning and development to ensure programs remain relevant and innovative.
• Provide coaching and support to managers and employees, guiding them on learning opportunities and career development paths.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field; advanced certifications in learning and development or instructional design are beneficial.
• Significant experience in designing and delivering learning and development programs, with a strong track record of creating impactful training solutions.
• Proven ability to conduct needs assessments, develop training materials, and facilitate engaging learning experiences.
• Excellent analytical skills, with experience in evaluating program effectiveness and utilizing data to drive improvements.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders and inspire a culture of learning.
• Willingness to travel as required (approximately 50%).
