[Hiring] Senior Instructor - Chillers @Johnson Controls

Role Description

As a Senior Instructor for Chillers, you will be working within the fast-paced Building Efficiency product portfolio across North America. You will be involved in some design and heavily involved in teaching courses to JCI customers.

• Become a subject expert for our flagship York chillers.
• Teach technical curriculum with state-of-the-art technology.
• Partner with instructional designers and learning professionals to define the best approaches.
• Bring problem-solving and expertise to every class.
• Be open to learning new skills as you grow in this job.

Qualifications

• Five plus years of experience with York chillers.
• Experience in performing operational checks, monitoring operations, and troubleshooting & startup of York chillers.
• Experience with training, coaching, or teaching is very desirable.
• Holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, Education, or a related field.

Requirements

• Strong writing, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to articulate and transfer content clearly.
• Collaborate with IDs, learning professionals, product managers, program managers, and stakeholders.
• Maintain personal ethics, quality work, and a positive attitude.
