[Hiring] Senior Instructional Designer / Consultant @Team Carney

Role Description

The Senior Instructional Designer / Consultant will be a core member of a dynamic team responsible for the comprehensive modernization of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) training curriculum. You will:

• Lead "Training Consultation for Program Revision".
• Analyze the 125 existing courses.
• Collaborate with SMEs to modernize pedagogy.
• Design the overall curriculum blueprint.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Master's Degree in Instructional Design, Adult Education, or Curriculum.
• Experience revising high-volume curriculums (prior work with >40 courses preferred).
• Expert grasp of modern learning models, gamification, and AI-assisted instruction.
• Consultation experience for potential legal content.
• Experience in classroom learning environments and consultation on classroom technology requirements.
• Working in a Government contracting environment experience requested.
• Recent USPTO and Patent program experience preferred.
