Role Description

As SEND & Inclusion Manager, you will work collaboratively with the Excellence Team, Operational Teams, Learning & Development, and Regulatory colleagues to ensure exceptional outcomes for children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) across the Little Pioneers nursery group.

• Responsible for leading and managing the organisation's SEND strategy.
• Overseeing the SEND Support Team and SENDCo network.
• Ensuring all nurseries provide inclusive, high-quality care and education that enables every child to thrive.
• Driving continuous improvement and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
• Supporting the development of a culture where inclusion is embedded in everyday practice.
• Acting as the organisation's subject matter expert for SEND.
• Influencing strategic direction and developing robust operational frameworks.
• Building strong partnerships with families, Local Authorities, and external professionals.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 3 Qualification in SEND/Early Years Field
• Full UK Driving Licence

Requirements

• Degree or significant professional standing within a SEND & Inclusion background
• Certificate in Education and Training
