Role Description
This is a remote position.
As a Science Resource Developer, you will create original science content for high school students, covering:

Physics
-
Chemistry
-
Biology up to Class 10
Your responsibilities include:

Writing exam-style questions, step-by-step solutions, and structured booklets.

Ensuring accuracy, consistency, and appropriate difficulty aligned with high school science curricula.

Collaborating with the India content team and the onshore academic team in Australia.

Reviewing and refining content for precision and clarity.
The ideal candidate will have:

Subject breadth paired with the ability to explain concepts simply.

Confidence in working across Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.

The ability to produce independent work aligned with curriculum requirements within three months.
Qualifications

Bachelor's or master's degree in Science / BSc, majoring or minoring in at least 2 subjects across Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.

1 to 3 years in science content development, academic content development, teaching, or a related role.

Strong conceptual understanding across Physics, Chemistry, and Biology up to Class 12.

Excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Ability to break down complex scientific concepts into clear, logical, and student-friendly explanations.

Ability to work independently and manage several content projects at once.

Cross-timezone comfort, with overlap into Australian time.
Requirements

Familiarity with curriculum design, academic resource development, and syllabus alignment.

Experience in academic writing, booklets, assessments, or practice-exam development (nice to have).

Exposure to edtech or international curriculum frameworks (nice to have).

Interest in instructional design or educational technology (nice to have).
