Role Description
Prime Data Centers is seeking a Regional Training Engineer to execute and deliver hands-on training programs across an assigned region of Prime's growing hyperscale and AI-ready data center portfolio. Reporting to the Director, Technical Training and Development, this role serves as the on-the-ground extension of Prime's training organization โ translating the curriculum, standards, and certification pathways the Director establishes into consistent, high-quality training delivery at every site in the region.
This is a hands-on, field-facing role for someone who wants to build something early, not administer a program that already runs itself. You'll spend the majority of your time on the data center floor and in the classroom with technicians, not behind a desk.
