Role Description

Provides expertise in analyzing technical learning needs for a business or function then designs and delivers training solutions. Has in-depth knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; has working knowledge of competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market.

• Provides expertise in analyzing learning needs and designing training solutions for a business or function.
• Focused on technical training essential for a particular business or function, excluding Leadership Learning.
• Includes trainers and coordinators responsible for delivering training content or making logistical arrangements.
• Developing specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise in own job discipline or field.
• Serves as best practice/quality resource with awareness of latest functional developments.
• Contributes towards strategy and policy development, ensuring delivery within area of responsibility.
• Skilled influencer, able to communicate complex messages effectively.
• Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience and may lead small projects.
• Explains difficult or sensitive information and works to build consensus.
• Impacts approaches, projects, and programs in the functional area or affected business organization.
• Impacts quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of own team.
• Uses judgment to make decisions or solve moderately complex tasks or problems.
• Takes new perspectives on existing solutions using technical experience for data analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in Quality & Training Design and Delivery.

• Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
• Demonstrated ability to lead programs/projects.
• Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
