Role Description

Join Springs Charter Schools as our Professional Development and Growth Specialist! Help educators grow and succeed by developing engaging professional learning experiences, supporting new teacher onboarding, and creating practical instructional resources across our Academy, Homeschool, and Virtual programs. This leadership role brings together collaboration, creativity, and project coordination to help educators put Teaching the Springs Way into practice.

As part of a growing organization of 1,600+ employees and a Top Workplace award recipient for nine consecutive years, this position partners closely with principals and senior leadership to ensure high-quality, engaging, and compliant academic programming that supports student success and equitable access across all academies.

Help our educators thrive! In this leadership role, you'll support new teacher development, Academy Personalized Learning programs, schoolwide professional development events, and the continued development of instructional tools and resources, including the Coaching the Springs Way App. Working with educators, program leaders, and cross-departmental teams, you'll turn learning needs into practical training, resources, and follow-up support that strengthen teaching and learning across Springs Charter Schools.
