Role Description

Leland is seeking an experienced scholarships and fellowships coach to work with students applying to prestigious awards like Rhodes, Fulbright, Marshall, and similar programs. This role includes:

• Guiding students through application strategy
• Editing essays and personal statements
• Coordinating letters of recommendation
• Helping students frame their research and experience in a compelling way
• Supporting students with resume review
• Providing interview prep and waitlist strategy
• Navigating financial aid and scholarships to fund education

Ideal candidates have:

• Firsthand experience with prestigious scholarship or fellowship applications
• Prior advising or coaching experience
• A clear, structured approach to helping students present their strongest possible application

Coaches set their own hours and rates, host sessions virtually, and partner with our team to deliver a high-quality, supportive experience for every student.
